Steps to Pre-ordering a houseplant:

Required for ordering a plant totaling in price of $100 or over

  1. Email Nagelkirkshouseplants@gmail.com, click here to submit an online form at the bottom of the page, or request in store with Samantha Evans.

  2. If your requested plant becomes available, we will reach out with a quoted price and quantity.

  3. If you agree you’d like to move forward purchasing your plant, you will fill out the form below in agreement of our rules and regulations of this process.

  4. We will take your payment for 50% of your plant cost as a deposit.

  5. Nagelkirk Gardens will get your plant ordered as soon as we can, based on ordering availability and minimums.

  6. We will reach out once your plant has arrived safely, and let you know when pickup is available and final payment is due.

  7. You take your new wishlist plant home!

NOTE: Once a plant leaves our possession, and has been deemed healthy and alive, there are no returns. We do not accept any returns on any living thing that leaves our property.

If you’re here, then we’ve found you a plant you’ve been looking for hopefully! Go ahead and fill out this agreement and then we can move forward and take your 50% plant deposit, and get your plant ordered! Any questions, please email Samantha at nagelkirkshouseplants@gmail.com. No plant will be ordered until this form is completed, and the 50% deposit is taken.

By clicking submit on this page, you are in agreement with Nagelkirk Gardens that upon the arrival of the ‘Plant(s) Requested’, if it is deemed alive and in good shape by the Owner, or responsible party of Nagelkirk Gardens, this deposit is non-refundable. Whoever is named will be the person picking up the plant. If you appoint someone else to do this, it must be in writing via email.

The 50% plant deposit is refundable if the ‘Plant(s) Requested’ arrives dead, or in not suitable shape to be sold as decided by Nagelkirk Gardens. Upon this case, if the plant is able to be reordered and that is your request, we will do that. If the agreeing party would prefer a refund, this is when we can return their deposit.

The deposit is required before any plant will be ordered. It is 50% of the total cost given from Nagelkirk Gardens to the client.

No plant can leave possession of Nagelkirk Gardens until the remaining deposit due is paid, and the total plant cost is paid in full. I WILL NOT HOLD/CARE FOR A FULLY PAID FOR PLANT MORE THAN ONE WEEK. I cannot guarantee the condition of your plant beyond the one week deadline. It is your responsibility to arrange pick up of your plant.

There is no time frame we can guarantee for arrival, so if you are on a tight time frame, be aware I can not promise an arrival date until your plant has shipped. If there are minimum amounts that need to be ordered through our supplier, we need to wait until that is reached before placing an order. Be aware this may or may not be a quick turnaround time.
